Is overnight accommodation available?

Yes we have two bedrooms for overnight stays for guests and event hosts. Our space is designed for both day use and multi-day getaways.
Is Casa Tohé a dry hire venue? 


Yes, Casa Tohé is a dry hire venue, meaning clients are welcome to bring in their own team of professionals, including caterers, mixologists, florists, planners, decorators, and entertainment. We’re happy to recommend trusted vendors if needed, but you are free to curate your own dream team.
What are your booking times?

  •    Day bookings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    •    Overnight stays: 11:00 AM – 9:00 AM (next day)

For larger events (e.g. proposals, weddings, or brand activations), timings may vary, so please contact us directly to confirm scheduling and availability.
What is the venue capacity?

Capacity depends on the type of event, layout, and decor setup. For example:

    •    Events using the indoor space only will differ in capacity from those using the outdoor area, or setups that extend over the pool.

Because every event is unique, we recommend contacting us with your event type and vision so we can advise on the ideal guest count and configuration.
Do you take a refundable security deposit?

Yes, a ₦200,000 refundable security deposit is required with every booking. This is returned after the event, provided there is no damage or breach of house rules.
Can I visit the venue before booking? 

Yes, private tours are available by appointment only. We encourage site visits to fully experience the space before confirming your event.
Do you offer referral or planner incentives?

Absolutely. We offer referral commission for confirmed bookings and special access and perks for event planners and collaborators
